Welcome Smith Class of 1980 to the Class Website.
The Class of 1980 had an awesome reunion celebration. “Highway to Paradise” set the tone for the journey made by over 260 classmates, 25 spouses and 50 children. The dinners, events and late night gatherings created the perfect backdrop for our classmates who were eager to see each other and reconnect. A special guest appearance by Jill Ker Conway was very inspiring to all who attended. Reunion rainy weather held off for the most part - a sprinkle here and there - and between those noisy, exuberant seniors (and alumnae?) and the quality mattresses, sleep was at a premium! On Friday night reunion gift fundraising efforts paid off when our class blew through the past 25th Reunion record with over $1 million in giving by 57% of the class. We also got an award for the greatest number of class members returning for reunion!

To find out about what's going on with your classmates, check out the class book. Cindy Buser did a great job at putting this together in a hard copy, but we did miss any of the late submissions as the deadline was April 8th.

We'll post the new class officers shortly however FYI Liz Doucett is our new Class President. We welcome her and will miss Carolyn's great leadership! She's a tough act to follow but we know Liz can do it!
